• One Class Filing Fee ($350 USD) Included

• Office Hours: Three separate meetings with a trademark attorney at each stage of the application and registration process.

• Comprehensive Trademark Search: We’ll conduct a detailed search to identify potential conflicts, ensuring your mark is eligible for registration.

• Trademark Search Opinion Letter: Opinion letter providing a summary of availability for use and/or registration.

• Application Preparation and Filing: Our team will draft and file your application with the USPTO, ensuring all details are accurate and complete.

• USPTO Communication: We’ll handle non-substantive correspondence with the USPTO, including responding to non-substantive Office Actions or requests for additional information.

• Monitoring and Updates: Stay informed with regular updates on your application status and next steps.

• Legal Guidance: Receive professional advice on the classification of goods/services and overall trademark strategy to protect your brand effectively.

• USPTO filing fees for additional classes (these are determined based on your filing type and are paid directly to the USPTO).
